The overall goal of the Army's award program is to motivate an individual to higher levels of performance by recognizing excellence of both military and civilian members. The below list of AG specific awards are offered to Human Resources professionals to not only motivate them to higher levels of performance and service but to also foster mission accomplishment. It is important to note that receipients of the awards below must be AGCRA members. For more information, click on the name of each award.

 

  • Horatio Gates Gold – For Extraordinary Achievement and Service
  • Horatio Gates Bronze – For Significant Achievement and Service
  • Horatio Gates Honorary – For Extraordinary Achievement and Distinguished Service
  • Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association Achievement Medal – For Achievement and/or Service
  • Benjamin Harrison Medal – For Obtaining the Highest Overall Class Standing in Leadership, Academics, and Physical Fitness
  • Theodore Roosevelt Medal – For Excellence in Physical Fitness
  • AGCRA Medal of Excellence – For Obtaining the Highest Overall Class Standing in Academics, Physical Fitness, and Leadership
  • Timothy J. Maude Medal for Distinguished Achievement – Adjutant General’s Corps Officer and Warrant Officer of the Year
  • Larry L. Strickland Medal for Distinguished Achievement – Adjutant General’s Corps Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year
  • John J. Dinnien Medal For Achievement and Service – Adjutant General’s Corps Civilian of the Year
